An assortment of decorative and functional household items comprising porcelain, glass, and metalware. The collection includes a white porcelain teapot featuring a large, hand-painted style red flower with green foliage and a butterfly, finished with a pink-toned band to the lid and handle. Also present is a set of white porcelain teacups, one of which includes a wooden cover and gold-toned floral decoration. A small decorative plate is visible, decorated with a central scene of two squirrels in a woodland setting, bordered by pink roses and the word Endangered printed in black script on the rim.
The glassware includes a white opalescent or milk glass bowl with a pressed geometric waffle pattern to the exterior and a scalloped rim. A pair of small, clear pressed glass salt and pepper shakers with faceted bodies and metal screw-on caps are also included. The metalware consists of a silver-toned circular tray featuring an intricate pierced filigree rim, and a dark bronze-toned circular plaque or shallow dish with a relief-cast design. Other items include several white porcelain plates with gold-toned rims and a blue-glazed plate. No maker’s names are legible on the items in the provided images.
Condition report:
The items appear in generally good condition based on visual inspection (photo 1). The filigree rim of the silver-toned tray shows no visible breaks or losses. The porcelain teapot, cups, and plates show no obvious chips or cracks to the rims or handles from the available angle. The opalescent glass bowl shows a consistent pattern with no visible fractures. The metal caps on the glass shakers show minor surface dulling. As the items are packed together in a crate, obscured surfaces and lower layers cannot be fully assessed for condition.
