A late 20th-century twin-pedestal computer desk constructed from solid knotty pine with a clear varnish finish. The rectangular top features rounded edges and sits above a central pull-out keyboard tray mounted on metal runners. The desk is supported by two pedestals: the left-hand pedestal features a single panelled cupboard door, and the right-hand pedestal contains a single drawer over a larger compartment. The unit is fitted with turned wooden knobs and stands on a plinth base with bun feet. No manufacturer marks, labels, or stamps are visible in the provided image.
Condition report:
The desk is in used condition. The top surface shows visible scratches, indentations, and general wear consistent with age and domestic use. A series of white scuff marks or residue is visible along the front edge of the top, directly above the keyboard tray (photo 1). The wooden knobs and base show light surface wear. The interior condition of the pedestals is not visible.
