A wooden coopered ice bucket or wine cooler of Georgian style. The piece is of stave construction, crafted from a dark-stained hardwood resembling mahogany. It is encircled by two polished brass bands, each secured with decorative dome-headed brass rivets. A brass drop-ring handle is fitted to one side on a circular backplate. The interior contains a removable black plastic liner. The exterior shows two adhesive inventory labels: a white tag with the number 2 and an orange label with the number 478.
Condition report:
The item is in good used condition. There are minor surface scratches and small indentations to the wooden staves. The brass bands exhibit light tarnishing and scuffing consistent with age and use.
