Lot 607: An Assortment of Costume Jewellery in a Wooden Box
This lot comprises an assortment of costume jewellery presented in a rectangular light-wood storage box. The collection includes a variety of necklaces and components. A prominent beaded necklace features large spherical beads in several finishes, including faceted translucent emerald green glass, solid olive green, and satin-finish champagne-toned beads. Also visible is a chunky silver-tone mesh-link necklace and multiple decorative silver-tone beads with filigree and woven wire-work textures. Another strand includes faceted purple glass beads interspersed with pale pink heart-shaped beads. A fine gold-tone chain is situated at the base of the arrangement. The wooden box features a hinged lid and a base-metal latch. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible on the pieces.

The jewellery items are currently tangled within the box. There is visible surface wear, rubbing, and minor tarnish to the metal-plated components, consistent with age and use. The wooden box shows light surface scuffing. The lot is sold as seen.
