Lot 263: A group of four 20th-century art glass paperweights including a Caithness Moonflower example
A group of four 20th-century art glass paperweights of solid blown spherical form with various internal decorative inclusions. The collection includes a large paperweight by Caithness Glass featuring a deep navy to smoky core with controlled internal bubble inclusions of varying sizes, etched to the lower side Caithness Scotland Moonflower. The remaining three paperweights comprise a clear glass example with scattered internal air bubbles, a teal and light blue glass example with numerous small internal bubbles at the base, and a cased cobalt blue glass example featuring a clear central well containing a single large bubble.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition with no visible chips or cracks. There is minor surface wear and light scratching consistent with age and use. All items bear orange lot stickers.
