Lot 321: A Collection of Traditional and Vintage Garden Tools
A collection of vintage domestic garden equipment comprising a traditional wooden hay or landscape rake, a wire leaf rake, a manual rotary cultivator, and a D-handled digging tool. The traditional hay rake features a wide hardwood head fitted with a series of wooden pegs and is reinforced with a curved metal support brace connected to a long wooden handle. The wire leaf rake consists of a fan-shaped metal head with flexible tines secured to a weathered wooden handle via a metal sleeve. The manual rotary cultivator is constructed with a blue-painted metal frame, featuring a T-bar double-D style grip and three rotating star-shaped tined wheels for soil aeration. A fourth tool, partially visible, includes a wooden handle topped with a metal and plastic D-grip. Most tools carry orange auction lot stickers and exhibit varying degrees of historical use. No manufacturer marks are clearly legible on the items.

All items are in used, vintage condition consistent with age and outdoor storage. The metal components, including the leaf rake tines and cultivator wheels, show visible surface oxidation and rust. The wooden handles are weathered and scuffed. The wooden hay rake shows signs of wear to the pegs. The blue paint on the cultivator is chipped and worn in several areas.
