Lot 87: Late Victorian Brass Duplex Table Oil Lamp with Etched Frosted Glass Shade
A late 19th or early 20th-century table oil lamp, designed in the Victorian style. The lamp features a polished brass reservoir font and a matching weighted circular brass base. It is equipped with a duplex-style burner, identifiable by two adjustment wheels, and remains in its original oil-burning configuration without electrical conversion. The lamp is complete with a clear glass chimney and an outer globular frosted glass shade. The shade is decorated with etched scrolling foliate and floral patterns throughout. A brass filler cap is present on the reservoir. No manufacturer marks are clearly visible on the burner wheels or the base from the provided images.

The brass components show signs of age-related tarnish, surface oxidation, and some pitting. The frosted etched glass shade and the clear glass chimney appear to be in good condition, free from visible cracks or significant chips.
