Lot 584: 9 Carat Gold St. Christopher Pendant and Chain
A 9 carat gold necklace comprising a circular pendant on a fine link chain. The pendant features an embossed central scene depicting St. Christopher carrying a child, surrounded by a decorative rope-twist border. The medallion is suspended from a bail. The chain is of a fine curb link construction and is fitted with a bolt ring clasp. Small indentations consistent with hallmarks are visible on the bail and the jump rings near the clasp, although no individual characters are discernible.
