A collection of garden ornaments manufactured from reconstituted stone in the Neoclassical style. The group includes square planters featuring relief-moulded panels decorated with scrolling foliate motifs, corner rosettes, and central decorative cartouches. Also included are rectangular troughs and a plinth with recessed rectangular panels. The items are constructed from composite stone with a textured surface designed to mimic natural stone. No maker marks are present.
Condition report:
All items show signs of heavy weathering consistent with long-term outdoor use, including extensive lichen and moss growth. A large square planter has a visible horizontal crack through one of its side panels. There are general surface abrasions, dirt, and minor chips throughout the pieces.
