A mid-20th century Jacobean style oak coffee table, in the style of UK reproduction manufacturers such as Wood Bros or Jaycee. The rectangular top is finished with quarter-sawn oak veneers displaying prominent medullary rays, also known as tiger oak, and a moulded edge. The table is supported by four bulbous turned legs on block feet, joined by square-section stretchers. No maker’s marks or signatures are present.
Condition report:
The item is in good condition with minor surface wear and small scratches consistent with age and use. Small adhesive labels are present on the apron and top edge.
