Lot 444: White Apollo Ladies Step-Through Hybrid Bicycle
A ladies’ hybrid bicycle featuring a white step-through frame design, identified by the brand name apollo printed in lowercase letters on the padded comfort saddle and a decorative grey floral pattern across the down tube and top tube. The frame is further marked with the printed text SHIMANO Equipped on the chainstay, corresponding to the Shimano external rear derailleur and multi-speed gearing system. The bicycle is constructed with an alloy or steel frame and features V-brakes, multi-spoke alloy rims, and platform pedals. The drivetrain includes a single front chainring protected by a black plastic chain guard. The handlebars are equipped with twist-grip shifters and textured rubber grips. A reflective white plastic reflector is mounted to the front wheel spokes.
Condition report:
The bicycle is in used condition with visible evidence of oxidation and wear. Significant surface rust and heavy oxidation are present on the drive chain, rear cassette, and various exposed bolts and components (photo 1). The white paintwork on the frame shows numerous chips, surface marks, and areas of dirt ingress, particularly along the down tube and rear stays. The padded saddle exhibits scuffing and material wear along the rear edges (photo 1). The tyres and rims are heavily soiled with road grime and dust. The mechanical functionality of the gears and brakes has not been tested.
