A contemporary one-piece combination wardrobe of knotty pine construction, designed in a country farmhouse style. The unit features a two-door wardrobe section on the left and a vertical chest of five drawers on the right. The doors are constructed with four recessed panels each and are mounted on black metal butterfly-style hinges. The chest section contains five drawers of equal depth. All doors and drawers are fitted with turned pine mushroom-style knobs. The interior of the wardrobe section, visible when the doors are open, reveals a single hanging rail and a back panel constructed from plywood with a distinct wavy grain pattern. A horizontal plastic jointing strip is visible across the centre of the interior back panel where two boards meet. There are no maker marks, manufacturer labels, or country-of-origin stamps visible on the exterior or the interior sections shown. A small white rectangular adhesive label and a small orange circular adhesive label are present on the exterior door panels, and a small white rectangular adhesive label is present on the interior floor.
Condition report:
The pine timber shows a consistent honey-coloured finish throughout. Minor surface scuffs and indentations consistent with domestic use are visible on the drawer fronts (photo 1). The interior shows a small gap or misalignment where the plywood back panel meets the side wall (photo 2). The hardware appears complete and functional. No significant structural damage, splits, or heavy staining are visible in the provided photographs.
