Lot 263: A Collection of Framed Monochrome Landscape and Architectural Photographs
A collection of multiple monochrome photographic prints, likely modern reproductions or giclée prints, mounted and housed in matching frames. The collection features various scenes, including one print depicting a wooded pathway under construction with a lamppost and figures, and another showing a large Tudor-style residence with figures situated on an expansive lawn. The prints are presented in dark brown or black mats with gold-toned inner borders, set within wooden frames that feature a gilded inner lip. One print includes a handwritten inscription in the lower right corner, reading Lake Road, though no artist signature is clearly discernible. The photographs are contained within a cardboard box printed with BURGER KING branding, including barcodes and text such as 5 x 2.5 kg = 12.5 kg and MADE IN SPAIN. A small orange adhesive price or inventory label is present on the side of the cardboard box.
Condition report:
The frames and prints appear to be in good used condition overall. Light surface abrasions and dust are visible on the wooden frames, consistent with storage (photo 1). The cardboard storage container shows typical signs of wear, including creasing and surface dirt.
