Lot 212: Two Domestic Frying Pans Including One Russell Hobbs 28cm ECOceramic Range Pan
A pair of domestic frying pans of differing designs and conditions. The first pan is a 28cm Russell Hobbs ECOceramic Range frying pan, featuring a pressed aluminium body with a red exterior finish and a white interior non-stick ceramic coating. It is fitted with a red soft-touch handle. The item remains in its original cardboard retail sleeve which features a printed red circular logo containing a stylized RH monogram and the text Russell Hobbs. The packaging also bears printed text reading ECOceramic RANGE, 28CM FRY PAN, and NON-STICK CERAMIC COATING. A red rectangular adhesive sale sticker is present reading SALE ONLY £7.99, along with a printed MRRP £15.00 price mark. Pictorial icons on the side of the sleeve indicate suitability for gas, electric solid plate, and halogen hobs.
The second item is a larger frying pan with a burgundy or maroon exterior and a dark grey or black non-stick interior coating. It is fitted with a black composite handle. No manufacturer marks or labels are visible on this second pan.
Condition report:
The Russell Hobbs pan is in unused condition, remaining in its original retail packaging with plastic fastenings intact (photo 1). The second, larger pan is in used condition; the interior non-stick surface shows visible signs of wear including light scratching, surface dullness, and food residue or carbonisation around the handle join (photo 1).
