Lot 184: Two Bottles of Pinot Grigio White Wine
Two single-serve bottles of white wine. The first bottle features a white adhesive label with a yellow border, printed with the brand name BAREFOOT in red and yellow characters above a stylized yellow footprint device. The label specifies the variety as PINOT GRIGIO and the region as CALIFORNIA. A gold-coloured circular adhesive seal on the shoulder is printed with GOLD MEDAL 93 POINTS and refers to the WINEMAKER CHALLENGE INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION. The bottle is sealed with a yellow screw cap featuring a printed footprint logo. An orange adhesive price or inventory label is applied to the neck reading 184. The second bottle features a black adhesive label with large white vertical text reading PINOT GRIGIO. The bottle is sealed with a grey screw cap. An orange adhesive price or inventory label is applied to the neck reading 184. Both bottles appear to be the standard 187ml single-serve format.
Condition report:
Both bottles remain sealed with original screw caps intact. The fill levels are consistent, sitting at the high shoulder/neck (photo 1). The Barefoot label is in good condition with no visible tearing. The black Pinot Grigio label shows minor surface scuffing but remains legible (photo 1). The liquid in both bottles is clear and free from visible sediment.
