A pair of vintage ladies’ coats comprising one camel-coloured overcoat and one charcoal grey swing-style cape. The camel-coloured overcoat is a full-length, single-breasted garment constructed from a camel-toned wool or wool-blend fabric with a colour-matched satin-finish lining. It features notched lapels, shoulder padding, two large front flap pockets, and decorative buttons at the cuffs. A gold-tone heart-shaped pin is attached to the left lapel. A woven label is stitched into the interior neck which reads WINDSMOOR in red lettering. A pink plastic size tag reading 18 is attached to the hanger. The second garment is a charcoal grey felted wool or wool-blend swing-style cape with a dramatic flared silhouette and a contrasting pale pink fabric lining. It features a rounded black faux fur collar and secures with a single large black button at the neck. A small orange adhesive price tag is attached to the left shoulder; no manufacturer label is visible.
Condition report:
The camel coat shows visible staining consisting of small, scattered dark spots on the lower front panels and near the right-hand pocket (photo 1), with minor surface wear consistent with age. The charcoal cape is in good vintage condition with light surface lint visible (photo 2).
