Lot 156: A Trio of Miniature Soft Toy Figures Including a Wizard Teddy Bear and Two Winged Creatures
A trio of miniature soft toy figures comprising a jointed teddy bear and two hand-stitched felt creatures. The first figure is a purple winged creature crafted from felt with visible blanket-stitching along the seams. It features large white eyes with black plastic pupils and silver-toned glittered detailing applied to the wings and horns. The second figure is a cream-coloured winged creature in felt with purple accents to the wings and ears, featuring black plastic bead eyes. It bears a white fabric label with green printed characters, of which only the letters be are legible; the remainder of the text is obscured by a fold and cannot be read as a name. The third figure is a miniature teddy bear with jointed limbs, constructed from light tan mohair-style synthetic plush. The bear is dressed in an ornate wizard costume consisting of a red and purple fabric cloak with gold-toned braid and star appliqués, a matching gold-toned pointed crown, and holds a gold-toned staff topped with a star.
Condition report:
The items appear in good overall condition. Minor surface pilling and lint attraction are visible on the felt components (photo 1). The teddy bear and its costume appear intact with no significant tears, losses, or repairs evident from the visual inspection.
