Lot 702: A Collection of Assorted Kitchen and Utility Knives with a Metal Catering Tray
A collection of miscellaneous kitchen, utility, and steak knives presented in a worn metal catering tray. The assortment includes a variety of sizes and types, from small paring knives to larger chef-style blades. The blades are constructed from stainless steel. Handle materials vary throughout the lot, featuring black and red moulded plastic, wood with brass rivets, and integral stainless steel. Visible markings include one blade stamped with CHEFS STAINLESS STEEL and a large black-handled knife with a circular moulded mark on the handle.
Tray dimensions: 320mm x 260mm.
Condition report:
Items are in a heavily used, as-found condition. Significant rust and corrosion are visible on the bolsters and rivets of several knives. There is general surface scratching, pitting, and staining across most blades. Wooden handles show signs of being worn and weathered. The metal tray displays heavy wear, charring, and baked-on residue.
