Timed sale of unsold lots
An assortment of clear and coloured vintage glassware. The collection features a large, bulbous glass bottle or decanter in a deep cobalt blue colour, having a rounded body and a tapering neck with a plain rim. Included is a clear cut glass comport with a flared, scalloped rim, decorated with intricate geometric cut patterns including diamond and fan motifs, supported by a short stem and circular foot. The lot also contains a circular clear glass plate or dish featuring a central starburst cut pattern with radiating rays and stylized foliate motifs around the border. Further items include a tall clear glass vase with a flared rim and a heavy, multi-sided faceted base, and a clear glass bottle fitted with a traditional wire-bail swing-top stopper and a pinkish-maroon ceramic cap. Additional miscellaneous clear glass fragments and smaller vessels are also present.
Condition report:
The collection is in generally sound condition. Items exhibit signs of age and use consistent with vintage glassware, including surface scratches and light abrasions. Minor nicks or flea bites are likely present on the sharper edges of the cut glass pieces. All items require cleaning to remove accumulated dust and grime. No significant cracks or major losses were observed.
