Lot 90: An Assortment of Vintage Clear and Coloured Glass Decanters and Advertising Bottles
A collection of vintage glassware comprising various decorative bottles and decanters. Included is a light aqua-green pressed glass flagon featuring a dimpled texture to the body and embossed lettering for Cornish Cyder, complete with a single applied handle and a flared rim. The collection features a large clear glass decanter with vertical fluting to the lower body and a tall flared neck, and a second clear decanter with an onion-shaped body and a long neck. Also included are a slender cylindrical clear bottle and a small clear glass bottle with a textured base and a faceted geometric stopper. Several items retain adhesive price labels and auction stickers.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in fair to good condition. There is visible adhesive residue and paper stickers on most pieces. The stopper of the smallest clear bottle shows an irregular, jagged top edge, indicating a chip. Some internal clouding or bloom is present in the clear decanters, consistent with vintage used glassware.
