Lot 514: A Collection of Contemporary Chrome-Plated Steel Wire Wine Racks
A collection of contemporary wine racks constructed from chrome-plated steel wire. Each rack features a welded construction consisting of three arched outer frames supporting concentric wire rings designed to house standard 750ml wine bottles. The internal configuration of each unit is arranged in three columns and four rows, providing storage for twelve bottles per rack. The design is a functional, open-wire style typical of modern domestic utility storage. No maker’s marks, labels, or hallmarks are present on the items.

Condition report:
The collection is in fair condition. There is significant and widespread surface oxidation, pitting, and rust visible across the chrome-plated finish of all units. This deterioration is most prominent at the welded joins and on the interior surfaces of the bottle support rings.
