Lot 336: A Collection of Vintage and Souvenir Dolls and Accessories Including L'Elite Verona
This lot features an assortment of vintage and souvenir dolls housed within a cardboard box. Included is a pair of miniature Italian costume dolls by L’Elite Verona, presented in an original black cardboard box under a clear plastic film. One doll is dressed in a red and white regional costume, and the second is in a green and white outfit. The collection also contains a large doll with a composition or hard plastic head, featuring painted blue eyes and red lips with a cloth body. This doll is dressed in a traditional folk costume consisting of a white headscarf, a white blouse with red decorative stitching, and a yellow, green, and white plaid skirt. Also present is a single wooden Matryoshka nesting doll with a yellow ground, decorated with black and red floral and swirl motifs. The remainder of the lot consists of various small costume dolls, including one in a blue lace dress, some partially wrapped in original plastic packaging, alongside beaded accessories and assorted plastic components. A silver oval label on the Italian doll box bears the text L’ELITE VERONA with a secondary round sticker marked PRODOTTO ITALIANO.

Condition report:
The items are in a mixed, play-worn condition. The large doll exhibits surface marks and visible wear to the facial paint. The Matryoshka doll shows minor scuffs to the painted finish. Boxed items show some creasing and dust to the protective plastic film. The outer cardboard storage box is heavily worn with tears and tape residue.
