Lot 264: A Trio of Decorative Objects including a Murano Style Glass Basket and Ceramic Figurals
A collection of decorative objects comprising a hand-blown art glass basket and ceramic figurals. The art glass basket, in the style of Murano, is of blown construction with a tortoiseshell-patterned body in shades of amber, brown, and black. It features a yellow-cased interior and an applied, twisted glass handle with clear and amber-toned swirls. The ceramic figurals include a pair of praying hands finished in a white crackle glaze and a stylised animal head, possibly a deer or giraffe, featuring a tan and cream crackle glaze with painted facial details. All items bear adhesive inventory labels, including orange tags numbered 264 and white tags numbered 7. No maker’s marks are visible.

The group is in good overall condition. The ceramic glazes exhibit intentional crazing. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible to the glass or ceramic bodies. Minor surface wear consistent with age and handling.
