This lot features two items of glazed white earthenware ceramic, decorated in the style of the Portmeirion Botanic Garden pattern. The set includes an ovoid vase with a narrow, slightly flared rim, decorated with transfer-printed wildflower motifs and a prominent blue butterfly. The second item is a large, wide-flared circular bowl. The interior of the bowl is decorated with various botanical specimens, each labelled with its English and Latin names: Narcissus Minimus (Small Narcissus), Convolvulus (Trailing Bindweed), and Primula Villosa (Blue Primrose). A central motif at the bottom depicts Rhododendron Lepidotum. Each illustration is accompanied by transfer-printed insects, including butterflies and moths. No factory marks are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces; the bases of the items are not pictured. Both pieces feature adhesive auction labels.


Condition report:

Both items appear to be in good overall condition. No visible chips, cracks, or restoration are evident from the provided images. Adhesive auction stickers are present on the exterior of the vase and the rim of the bowl.
