Lot 240: Edwards, 'Rustic Building' and Two Other Works (Signed)
A trio of framed artworks comprising a watercolour painting, a calligraphic print, and a topographical engraving. The primary work is a watercolour on paper depicting a weathered rustic building with a pale green door under a blue sky, signed Edwards in red-brown paint to the lower right. Accompanying this is a calligraphic print on cream paper featuring the text You Are Nearer Gods Heart in A Garden in black cursive script. The third piece is a small monochrome engraving titled WESTMINSTER, showing a stone multi-arched bridge over a river with various watercraft. All works are mounted and glazed within various wooden and composite frames. Multiple pieces bear orange auction lot stickers numbered 240.

The collection is in good condition overall. There is minor age-related toning to the paper supports and mounts across the group. The frames exhibit light surface wear, minor scuffing, and rubbing to the edges consistent with age and handling.
