A collection of bone china tea wares decorated with a maroon transfer-printed floral pattern. The design consists of floral sprigs and scrolled borders, closely resembling the Fleur de Lys Red pattern by Spode. The pieces feature fluted bodies with scalloped edges and are finished with a fine line of gilding to the rims and handles. The assortment includes a cream jug with a scrolling handle and shaped pouring lip, along with matching teacups and saucers. A printed factory backstamp in maroon ink is present on the underside of several pieces, though the characters are not clearly legible. Additional ceramic items with varied floral patterns in multi-colour and green/pink schemes are also present in the background of the group.
Condition report:
The visible pieces appear to be in generally good condition with no significant chips or cracks apparent. There is some minor surface wear and thinning to the gilded rims consistent with age and light use.
