An assortment of ceramic tableware decorated in the Chinese Rose pattern, attributed to Copeland Spode. The decoration consists of multi-coloured floral sprays including roses and other blossoms in shades of pink, orange, blue, and yellow. A secondary geometric and floral border in brown and green runs along the inner rim, finished with a solid green line at the edge. The collection includes several circular lidded tureens with side handles and floral finials, a large oval serving platter, a sauce boat with an integral stand, a cream jug, two small open bowls, and multiple teacups and saucers. One additional mug with a scrolling foliate pattern and gilded rim is also present, which does not match the rest of the service. The pieces appear to be made of glazed earthenware. No manufacturer marks or backstamps are visible on the undersides of the items in the photograph.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in good condition overall. Multiple pieces have adhesive lot or price stickers attached. Minor surface wear and light rubbing to the decoration may be present consistent with use. No significant chips, cracks, or signs of restoration are visible.
