A Victorian pocket percussion cap dispenser constructed from brass with a leather-wrapped body. This cylindrical accessory features a central brass rotary cap and two lever-actuated release mechanisms designed to dispense copper percussion caps for muzzle-loading firearms. The central brass face is decorated with hand-engraved concentric circles and a stylised radial floral motif. The outer casing is finished in a dark-stained leather wrap with visible stitching.

The item is in worn, antique condition. The brass components exhibit a matured dark patina with areas of surface tarnish and minor pitting. The leather wrapping shows significant age-related wear, including surface cracking, scuffing, and separation at the seams. The internal mechanism is untested.
