A decorative hand-painted ceramic figurine depicting a male character in early 20th-century attire. The figure is dressed in a cream-coloured blazer with thin blue vertical stripes and red detailing, complemented by a straw boater hat with a red band. He is shown in a dynamic pose, leaning over a rustic three-bar fence that is textured to resemble logs or branches, set upon a naturalistic rocky base. The base and fence are finished in a matte buff-coloured glaze with extensive gold gilt highlighting, a style similar to late Victorian blush ivory porcelain. The figure is painted with a satin finish. There are no visible maker marks, backstamps, or artist signatures. Two auction stickers are present on the base: an orange tag numbered 243 and a white tag numbered 2.
