This miniature shadow box diorama depicts a furnished Victorian-style nursery or child’s room within a glazed wooden display case. The interior contains white-painted wooden furniture including a crib dressed with lace and pink ribbons, a cupboard, a rocking chair, and an armchair. A black-finished fireplace with a mantel is set against the back wall. Decorative elements include a miniature dollhouse, a pull-toy boat, a black cat figurine, and a wall clock. A miniature needlework sampler is mounted on the wall, hand-stitched with the text BLESS THIS HOUSE.
