Lot 145: Richard Roberts, Master of the Skies, Border Fine Arts Limited Edition Sculpture of Golden Eagles
A hand-painted cold-cast resin sculpture titled Master of the Skies, produced by Border Fine Arts and sculpted by Richard Roberts. The piece depicts a pair of golden eagles perched on a craggy, grey-toned rock formation. It is mounted on a polished, circular dark wood plinth. Accompanying the sculpture is a certificate of authenticity which identifies the sculptor as R. Y. Roberts and the founder as John H. Hammond, stating it is part of a limited edition of 750 pieces. The sculpture features textured plumage and detailed anatomical rendering. An orange adhesive tag is visible on the wooden base.
