Lot 636: Vintage Hinged Bangle with Jade-Type Stone and White Metal Mounts
A vintage hinged bangle featuring two semi-circular segments of polished, mottled green and pale grey stone resembling jadeite. The segments are joined by two white metal sleeves with embossed decorative scrollwork. The construction includes a functional hinge and a box clasp mechanism, further secured by a fine-link safety chain. The stone displays natural internal inclusions and characteristic colour variations. Marks are present on the metal fittings but are not clearly legible and cannot be transcribed. This style is characteristic of mid-to-late 20th-century East Asian export jewellery.

Condition report:
The bangle is in good overall condition. The stone segments show natural internal fissures and surface textures inherent to the material.
