Lot 503: A Georgian Style Glazed Corner Cupboard
A small corner display cabinet of late 20th-century manufacture, designed in the Georgian style. The piece is constructed with light-toned wood and yew wood veneers, finished in a honey-coloured stain. It features a single door with curved astral glazing bars, opening to an interior with fixed wooden shelves. The cabinet is finished with a moulded cornice at the top and stands on a shaped apron with bracket feet. It is fitted with a single small patinated metal drop handle. This is a one-piece construction.
Condition report:
The cupboard is in overall good condition. There are some minor surface scuffs and light wear to the finish, particularly around the base, consistent with age and use. The glass is intact and the hardware is functional.
