Both items feature contemporary adhesive labels; one is marked BL 13 and the other is marked 30. The items are characteristic of late 20th-century decorative metalware.

The figurines are in good vintage condition, exhibiting a natural aged patina and some surface tarnish consistent with age. There is a small amount of green adhesive or felt residue visible on the foot of one bird.
