A Moorcroft tube-lined ceramic table lamp of globular form, decorated in the Anna Lily pattern attributed to Moorcroft pottery and designed by Nicola Slaney. The ceramic body features stylized floral motifs in shades of burnt orange, ochre, and green on a cream-coloured ground, finished with a deep cobalt blue glazed neck. The lamp is mounted with twin brass-toned metal handles and a central metal stem. It is currently fitted with a modern bayonet bulb holder and a white wire shade frame.
Condition report:
The ceramic body shows fine all-over surface crazing consistent with age and material. Metal components exhibit surface tarnish and oxidation. There are two adhesive labels currently attached to the ceramic body. The lamp is missing its decorative outer shade. Electrical components are untested and must be professionally inspected and PAT tested before use.
