A single upholstered armchair in a traditional mid-to-late 20th-century style, featuring a high, button-tufted backrest and scroll arms. The chair is upholstered in a textured fabric with a neutral cream ground, decorated with a repeating floral and foliate pattern in terracotta and green tones. The design includes a loose seat cushion with piped edges. The chair is supported by two front cabriole legs and two out-swept rear legs, all finished in a medium-toned wood stain, likely crafted from a hardwood such as beech. While the form and upholstery are reminiscent of styles produced by manufacturers such as HSL or Celebrity, no manufacturer marks or labels are present. A small white rectangular adhesive sticker bearing the printed characters 19 19 is located on the left side of the backrest, likely an auction house lotting label.
