An assortment of decorative items housed within a rectangular wooden box with a hinged lid. The group includes an oval wooden box with a four-petal floral marquetry inlay on the lid. The ceramic items consist of several small boxes and lids, including a circular lid featuring a botanical transfer print of various flowers inscribed with the name Pulsatilla vulgaris. A rectangular ceramic box is decorated with a white floral design and bears a signature to the lid that appears to read Drayton. The collection also contains a circular ceramic dish or lid with a transfer-printed scene of two dogs and a small circular ceramic box with a yellow floral design. The interior of the main wooden box lid displays a small white label numbered 8 8.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in generally good used condition. The wooden box shows minor internal scuffing and light surface wear. The ceramic pieces show no obvious signs of significant damage, chips, or restoration.
