The white enamel dial is configured with black Roman numeral hour markers and a subsidiary seconds dial located at the 12 o’clock position. The dial bears the inscriptions Railway Timekeeper and Specially Examined in red ink, with Swiss Made printed at the upper perimeter. The watch retains a gold-tone spade hour hand, while the minute hand is present but detached from the centre arbor. The case is a full hunter design with a hinged front cover and a knurled winding crown located at the 9 o’clock position. The movement is a manual wind calibre.

Fair to poor. The minute hand is detached and loose behind the glass. The dial shows some surface debris and minor marks. The gold-tone case exhibits surface scratches, small indentations, and visible wear to the finish throughout consistent with age and use.
