Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

A wall-mounted regulator style clock featuring a wooden case, likely oak, with a rectangular glazed front door and a shaped lower apron. The circular brass-tone dial displays black Roman numerals and contains two winding holes for a mechanical eight-day striking movement. This clock is designed in the style of a late 19th or early 20th-century Vienna regulator, a form common in European horology of the period. The internal movement is configured to strike, typically on a gong or bell. The pendulum is currently detached and resting inside the case.

Condition report:

The clock is offered in an untested condition. The dial exhibits surface wear and tarnish. The wooden case shows signs of age-related wear and minor abrasions. The glazed door is currently secured with protective paper and adhesive tape for transport. The pendulum is detached.
