This group of lead crystal stemware is decorated in the Lismore pattern by Waterford. The collection includes six champagne flutes and one additional stemmed glass of a similar form. The design features a band of diamond criss-cross cuts at the base of the bowl, topped by vertical wedge cuts. Each glass has a multi-faceted stem and a circular foot with a radial starburst cut to the underside. Faint acid-etched marks are visible on the underside of the feet, though the characters are indistinct. The pieces exhibit high clarity and the substantial weight associated with quality lead crystal.
Condition report:
The items appear in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the rims or bases. The glass is clear and free from internal cloudiness or glass sickness. Minor shelf wear to the underside of the bases and occasional minute flea bites to the sharp edges of the cutting are consistent with use.
