A set of lead crystal stemware in the Lismore pattern, featuring deep-cut geometric designs. The suite comprises larger goblets and assorted smaller glasses. The bowls are decorated with a central band of diamond cross-hatch cuts situated above a lower register of vertical wedge facets. The stems are multi-faceted, leading to plain circular feet on the larger goblets and star-cut feet on the smaller glasses. No etched maker’s marks, acid stamps, or signatures are visible on the bases or bodies of the items. The glassware exhibits high clarity and refraction consistent with high-lead-content crystal. Several adhesive inventory labels are present, including orange stickers with handwritten numbers 401 and 402, and a white sticker bearing the numbers 11 11.
Condition report:
The glassware appears clear and bright, with no visible signs of clouding or glass sickness. There are no significant chips to the rims or feet, and no cracks are visible. The items are in good professional condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
