A wall-mounted display or plate rack in the Georgian reproduction style, dating from the late 20th century. The piece is constructed from mahogany-toned wood, featuring flame mahogany veneers and cross-banded inlay on the drawer fronts. The layout includes three fixed vertical compartments designed to hold plates or similar flatware, secured by shaped cutouts in the top and bottom rails. A vertical bank of four small drawers is situated on the right side of the unit. Each drawer is fitted with a brass-tone drop handle. The vertical supports are finished with decoratively shaped serpentine front edges. No maker’s marks or labels are present on the item, though a small orange rectangular sticker is located on the top rail.
