This lot comprises two framed prints. The first is a reproduction print after a sepia-toned wash drawing by Peter Walker, depicting a landscape with pollarded willow trees. The work is signed and dated 1983 in the plate at the lower right. The second work is a limited edition colour offset lithograph by Dorothy Bruce, titled The Burnside Hotel, Bowness-on-Windermere. This print is hand-signed in pencil at the lower right, titled in the centre, and numbered 112/150 at the lower left. Both works are housed in glazed frames, with the architectural subject featuring a double mount.
Condition report:
Both prints exhibit light toning to the paper consistent with age. The mount of the Dorothy Bruce print shows minor spotting and foxing. An orange auction sticker is present on the glass of the Peter Walker print. The frames show minor scuffs and surface wear.
