Lot 253: Two glazed porcelain animal figurines
A lot comprising two glazed porcelain figurines. The first depicts a standing fawn or young deer, naturalistically modelled with a light brown and cream coat. The second figurine features a bird perched upon a gnarled branch, embellished with applied pink blossoms and green foliage. Both items exhibit a high-gloss finish. No factory marks or model numbers are visible on the exterior surfaces. Both pieces bear orange rectangular adhesive labels marked with the hand-written number 253.
