Lot 182: A set of six Zawiercie hand-cut 24 per cent lead crystal brandy balloons
A set of six matching crystal brandy balloons manufactured by the Zawiercie glassworks in Poland. Each vessel is constructed from 24 per cent lead crystal and features a deep hand-cut pattern comprising multi-point hobstars, cross-hatched diamond panels, and fan sprays. The glasses are designed with wide-bottomed bowls, short faceted stems, and circular feet with radial star-cut decoration. Multiple items in the set retain original gold adhesive labels stating GENUINE Zawiercie 24% LEAD CRYSTAL HAND CUT POLAND. The collection is presented in a blue satin-lined box.
Condition report:
The glassware is in good condition with no observed chips, cracks, or clouding. The presentation box is intact with minor external wear.
