The frame is constructed with mahogany veneers and houses a rectangular mirror plate with a bevelled edge. The design includes a shaped cresting and apron with scrolling silhouettes characteristic of mid-18th-century English furniture. A small orange inventory sticker numbered 133 is present on the lower corner of the frame.

The frame shows minor surface wear and light scratches consistent with age and use. The mirror plate is intact with a bevelled edge, showing some surface dust and minor areas of foxing or silvering loss visible near the edges.
