The pieces are constructed with a fluted or ribbed body and are finished with a vibrant green enamel rim. The set comprises a teapot with a matching lid, a milk jug, an open sugar bowl, and a collection of teacups, saucers, and side plates. The bases bear a brown printed factory mark reading B-1451, HADDON HALL, with a crown over an M within a laurel wreath, FOUNDED MINTON 1793, BONE CHINA, MADE IN ENGLAND, DESIGNED BY, and the facsimile signature of John Wadsworth.
Condition report:
The service is in good overall condition. No chips, cracks, or restorations are visible. There is minor surface wear and grime consistent with domestic use and storage. Several pieces have adhesive auction or price labels attached to the surfaces which will require removal.
