Lot 432: A Vintage Pine Wall-Mounted Three-Tier Shelf Unit
A vintage country-style wall-mounted display shelf unit, constructed from solid pine with a natural finish that highlights the prominent wood grain and knots. The unit features a decorative moulded cornice along the top edge and a decorative scalloped profile to the left-hand side panel. The interior contains three horizontal shelves, providing four separate storage compartments. The reverse of the unit is fitted with two metal hanging loops for wall mounting. No maker’s marks are visible, although a small orange adhesive label is present on one of the internal shelves.
Condition report:
The unit is in good used condition. There are minor surface marks, light scratches, and some dust consistent with age and domestic use. The structural integrity is sound and the wood finish is well-preserved.
