Lot 677: A Pair of Vintage Gilt Metal and Crystal Table Lamps with Fabric Shades
A pair of vintage decorative table lamps. Each lamp features a cast metal base with an antiqued gilt patinated finish. The central stems are embellished with foliate motifs and surrounded by looping wire scrollwork. The lamps are decorated with clear faceted glass drops and beaded swags. Each lamp is fitted with a matching cream-coloured fabric shade of scalloped hexagonal form, featuring gathered ruffled trim to the upper and lower rims. The lamps are wired for the UK market with standard three-pin plugs and in-line thumb switches. No maker marks are visible; the orange stickers are auction lot identifiers.

The items appear to be in good overall condition. There is light surface wear and minor oxidation to the metal components consistent with age. The fabric shades show light signs of dust and minor age-related discoloration but appear free of significant tears. All glass drops appear to be present.
