A George III style tripod side table featuring an octagonal top with clipped corners. The piece is crafted from mahogany-stained hardwood and finished with a high-gloss lacquer. The top is supported by a central pedestal column with decorative ring and baluster turnings. The base consists of a tripod arrangement of three out-swept cabriole legs. This item appears to be a 20th-century reproduction of an earlier Georgian design. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible on the object.
